On the 10th of January 2020 @ 20:07 Emmanuel from men's clinic called me using cell no *** the way he was talking it sounded as if he saw my hellopeter review anyways he said that he was gonna handle my case n not Larry who was on leave he said he was going to b @ work the following day then he said he couldn't hear me dropped the call n called me using the no *** @ 20:10 what he said was that from the 13th he was gonna call me for my account details so that the matter can b resolved and that he had to wait until he received the medication that i didn't order from the Joburg office so i waited patiently until Thursday 16 January 2020 since i didn't get any call from them i called the head office *** @ 16:11 n asked to speak to Emmanuel to make an enquiry he apologized and said their financial office will call me on Monday the 20th January 2020 they didn't so i called again this morning @ 09:48 the no *** and asked to b either transferred to Emmanuel or the financial office i got transferred to the financial office and lady i spoke to did not know what i was talking about and transferred me to Emmanuel coz his the one that told me that the matter was with them then he starts lying and says didn't i transfer u to Larry coz his the one handling my case and that he didn't call me @ around 8pm and that he will listen to the calls again lol i thought they closed @ 17:00 n yet he calls me after hours that's how serious they r about helping me maybe i should take this case further coz after all I'm going nowhere slowly with after all i gave them an opportunity to resolve this matter themselves ********* behavior is all i got then he still has a nerve to hang up on me when we start disagreeing on what he said they can even subpoenae my phone records we will c who was lying now Larry is handling my case again n yet he hasn't contacted me since maybe his a phantom but we will c
