Con artists!!!

I visited the Men Clinic branch in Rivonia on the 20/04/20 to address weak erection and to find out more about the penile enlargement. After chatting to the consultant I was given a course of medication to take which included capsules, tablets and oil. He convinced me that both treatments will work together and solve my problems. All he did was inspect me for a few minutes and prescribed me course of medication for 48****!! He then guaranted me permanent results as advertised and convinced me that this will work and I will see results within a week.

After one week the erectile dysfunction seemed to be getting better...once the first course was completed...back to square 1. No erection without the use of Viagra. I immediately complained about this and was told to come for an inspection (Please note at this point there is still absolutely no growth at all as guaranteed).

The consultant hen tried to convince me that it is working and that i need to complete the course as there was a few days remaining. I disagreed with that. Its not working because I'm back at square 1. After completing the course...ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS!!!!!! I STILL HAVE BOTH PROBLEMS I CAME IN WITH AND AM NOW 48K OUT OF POCKET!!!!

I then made it known that i paid for results which was not delivered as advertised and guaranteed. He then tells me there is a no refund policy....so basically i paid him 48k for nothing. After about 20 minutes of back and forth he then tells me I need another treatment which costs 110k. I completely rejected this and told him that he will give me the results i paid for or he will refund me. I also made it explicitly clear that i will not pay a cent for anything else. He then requested me to provide him with a urine sample first thing on 06/06/20. I agreed to do that and left. I still rejected the no refund policy and contacted the Johannesburg head office as he advised. I call them and explain the above and get told the below:

"Good day Mr. *** That’s for reaching out to us. Your dispute has been Registered and we’ll communicate to your consultant for a full report on your program. Our team will advise on future developments. PLEASE NOTE: we don’t have refund policies in place as medication reaction and results vary from one individual to another. Regards, MENS CLINIC TEAM."

What is the dispute number???? I dont have that or a reference number.

Both Peters and the Johannesburg head office say there isnt a refund policy....after browsing through HelloPeter and looking at all the complaints. Many customers have been refunded.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS. YOU WILL PROVIDE ME WITH THE RESULTS I PAID FOR OR YOU WILL REFUND ME!!!!!!!

As you can imagine I am absolutely livered and will not take this laying down. I demand to speak to some form or management.
