Complaint about Joburg Mens International Clinic

On 12 November 2019 I contacted Men's Clinic International. I wanted to make an interview based on what I confidentially wanted help with.

On the 13th November I received an sms "Dear patient, if we have not contacted you with 48 hours, please sms your province to 32110. We will respond with your closest clinics. Regards Mens Clinic.

On the 13th I received a call from one of the call center consultants. We conversed and and fell on an appointment for the 07 December 2019, 10:10 am SA time.

I received an sms confirming the appo for the said date. 15th Floor Marble Towers Johannesburg *** / *** from Glen Boyce

a follow up on the 3rd, 6th and 7th.

I flew from PE to Gauteng to the said appo.

When I got there at 10:17 There were 6 people seated in queue I was the 7th and a guy came and asked who's next another guy came before me and was asked personal questions

My heart felt uneasy immediately I was next in line and this guy came to me and asked what am I here for, I started mumbling. He said in a shouting voice talk man this is not your house Are you here for circumcision, ***ual health or medication.

I started looking around and didn't know how to answer him.

told him I have an appo He said, we don't work on appos here first come, first served

I said that's not what I was told He then said, well tough luck. This is how we work here

And for your info the doctor was supposed to come at 9:00 am and he got here at 10 and he is going to start with the others, either you will miss your flight, but you must decide.

I then showed him the sms, he showed no interest he said that's not gonna help me

I the stepped outside to call the numbers above I spoke to 2 guys first: Kagiso Then Siya

Who promised to come back to me after I explained my being disgusted with the type of service received.

All of the guys were so unprofessional The environment is not conducive for a clinic The place is run like hooligan farm There is no confidentiality Everyone is being attended to in front of everyone The is no consultation privacy

It is a total disaster.

I feel the clinic need to be shut down As it does not serve the public but the interests of the people working there

I am formally complaining and I request this to be investigated. And I want hellopeter to follow this up. These people are not doing us favor we are their customers we deserve respect and attention, much attention. ***
