UNFAIR ADMIN FEES

I received a invitation to go to Israel in May 2023. I invited my friend to join me. We each paid R3000 as the space was limited. Now due to my health issues after a brain tumor removal - had to cancel the tentative booking. Now they claim that is an admin fee - but they did nothing but sending us a form to complete. Worst experience of my life.
