Useless

I received I gift from my manager worth R2000 Rands. Today I was at PNA Menlyn to purchase stationary for my kids, when I got to the tills the card declined. I asked the cashier to try a different till to my surprise it also declined. I decided to pay with my credit card wich I didn't plan for. I went to Ackermans and bought uniform when I got to the till the card declined again. I was so disappointed knowing that I have not used the card. Again I had to use my Ackermans account card to pay for the uniform. I called the number ***on the receipt that I have received with the give card. I was told there is a technical problem hence the kept on declining and they are not sure when it will be resolved. This was the worse day ever. Useless card and poor customer service. I don't even feel like going to Menlyn Mall ever again.
