Turned back in the store for requesting upgrade Menlyn mall

I wanted to upgrade and get an iPhone. I was turned back and I was told telkom does not have iPhone the only have them on display and catalogue but they don't have them I. Their stock... And they encourage people to go to istore directly if they want iphone.

I was told there's no way they could help me.
