Trolley scratched my car!

We went to the movies on Sunday the 9th of August. When we got to the car someone pushed a Woolworths trolley into my car and scratched the car on 3 places. We went to security office to report the incident. Firstly the personnel is not trained to handle a situation like this, so we sat there 20mins for them to find the right person to talk to. We repeated the incident 3 times to different people and every time they disappear to go and find someone else to assist. We filled in a report they came to the car to see the damaged and then blamed us for moving the car and not calling security down there, i advised them to look at the security footage as that is what the cameras are there for. As we returned to where we parked they discovered there camera's has a blind spot, and now they don't know what to do. They took photos of the damage. We are now going to the police station to report damage of property. The security just informed us they wont be able to do something because the accident was out of the cameras range. They informed us to return on Tuesday because then only will the manager be back, i expect a place like Menlyn to have a manager on duty at all times
