Stuck in lift

I went to Menlyn on the 16th of December with my 9 month old son. When we were in the lift with about 5 other people, the lift just stopped. We rang the bell and nobody answered. We could hear the security talk to other people over the intercom but not to us. <br> <br> After a few minutes they told us that there is no technician on standby because it is a public holiday. There was no airconditioning in the lift and we started suffocating because there was so many of us. We waited for a further 15 minutes with no response. Some of the people in the lift had to force the doors open. <br> <br> I could not even push my pram out of the lift because it was not level with the floor outside. I don't even want to think about what would have happened if my baby and I were alone in the lift and I had received the same treatment from your security staff. <br> <br> I am literally afraid to make use of your facilities now.<br> <br> UTTERLY DISGUSTED!<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
