Stuck in a lift

towards the end of Nov 2019 i was stuck in a lift with a friend, my six week old son. with us in the list were two other men that had large trolleys of water bottles. We rang to report that the lift was stuck and shortly after a security man came to stand next to us to reassure us that a technician was coming to help us out. about half an hour later two technicians came through , they did not great us , they started talking to the security guy and told him that they forgot their tools and will have to go back to the office to fetch the tools. another half an hour passed and then they arrived with the tools, my friend who was with me told the technicians that i am sweating and getting very hot and that the baby is crying non stop , he then turned on us and started shouting and cursing at us, saying we are useless women. eventually he opened the door for us after threatening that he will leave us in there if we do not shut up. we immediately reported this matter to the menlyn mall management we filled in a complaint form . two weeks later the mall management called me to tell me that they are working on this and will revert back to me. and i am still waiting for feedback till today....
