Sketchy Sketchers store Menlyn Park

Tau the manager at Sketchers Menlyn Park gave false facts regarding products he sold to me. I believe his goal was business driven and not in the interest of the consumer. When I approached the store for a refund I was told zero refunds allowed. Even the area manager Lerato wouldn't entertain my complaint with regard to the quality. NO aftersales service. Once they have your money, they don't care.
