Raw avo and wrong flavor

I went lunch at nandos, i bought a meal around R146, the avo and hal bowl was brought to me with a raw avocado, i sent it back with the waiter and all they did was to put it in the microwave and gave it back to me, the avocado and redpaper was looking stale after they put it in the heat, i asked the waiter to taste it and she ask if she should call the manager and i said yes. The manager came and took it back to fix it, they still didn't get it rite and waisted my appetite for the test of the day, i know how the avo should be so i decided to leave the restaurant and grab something elsewhere. The bowl i bought for R74 was left in the shop. On my slip i ordered a mild flavour but i was served with hot. I eat nandos meals almost everyday, i dont know if this will happen again, im very disappointed and irritated.and i need explanation on this matter
