Pure ignorance

I have send an email requesting their marketing team to remove my contacts under mattress and couch on their website as I don't work for that company any more already on the 13/09/24 till today they failed to do so.This is pure ignorance because I first sent an email and then contacted them directly.I am very disappointed to learn that such a big mall fails to correct just 1 little issue like that for that long.
