Not to clean Mall

This is my second visit to Menlyn shopping center in 4 weeks time. And it's the second time in 4 weeks that the bathrooms at the Food *****s are absolutely **********ly dirty and have a foul smell. Every time I have to scour the mall to find a clean bathroom in the 2nd biggest shopping mall in South Africa. What happend to clean standards?
