Nonsense Client service

Sunday 25/08/2024 I bought a laptop charger from this store. I came with the charger that was not working and I showed the guy the laptop charger that I want and unfortunately when I got home the charger pin was bigger and the following day, 26/08/2024 I returned it and the guys were very rude and did not want to give me a refund because their refund policy and they said I can take something of the same value and I told them I don’t want anything From the store and they still are refusing with my money. I involved management and there is nothing they can do. Honestly what is it that I will do with a gadges voucher, if it was a voucher to buy from menlyn I was gonna take it because I can use that to buy my baby diapers and milk. Don’t BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE RUTHLESS. I am writing this on 28/08/2024 and they are still refusing with my money.
