Menlyn Mall Security poor service

I was absolutely appalled at the events of today. I was in Menlyn Mall Pretoria in the parking area. I incident started right in front of my car as I got in to leave. There was a woman who proceeded to beat up her husband and accidentally her child. The incident escalated so fast that eventually she had knocked him down on the hood of my vehicle. He got up. I reversed to get my car out of the situation. I saw security on their way. I felt the need to contact menlyn mall security and I was asked about the incident. Asked to explain what happened. Then I asked if they could at least tell me if all parties were okay. And to this I was answered by the security control room that he hadn’t received the report. I asked if I could call back later to hear if they were okay. And he rep**** “ they are a family it’s best to stay out of their business”. I only called to be a Good Samaritan and make sure all parties were okay as I had to leave as my vehicle was getting involved. I’m not a Karen. I’m not someone who wants to report the incident. I simply want to make sure everyone is okay. I was very disappointed with Menlyn Mall security and felt like the incident wasn’t handled well. If I am incorrect I will be happy to admit as much but let’s see if I hear anything at all back.
