Goodday.

Last year on the 30th of November 2023 I went to the mall dropping off clients for the ehailing service I work for. I was doing the dropoff at the Hard Rock drop off, and as I was about to drop the clients off, the security guard said that I wasn't supposed to drop off the clients facing one direction but the other,... which is why I was assaulted because of the way i answered back to that, and we eventually ended having an argument over that and he switched my car off, took the keys, and called his colleagues.

We ended up in front of Hardrock with a group of them, which is why I'm Pleading with You guys,.. anyone who was at Menlyn around 11H15 in the 30th of November infront of the Hardrork dropoff zone taking videos.

Because they picked me up on the back of their bakkie and went with me to their office, which is at the back of the mall. When we got there, they assaulted me, electrocuted me, and one of them broke my rib with his rifle.

After doing this, they made me sign a banning form, and took pictures of my car and banned both me and the car.

I called the mall on the day and later a gentleman, whom I would just call Mr X, who is the mall General manager contacted me and said Mr Y, who is the mall security will investigate and get back to me.

Mr Y eventually got back to me and said he will investigate, to the point where I even called the security company head office, who said they will call back, and they still have not.

I opened a case of assault at the Brooklyn police station, but, the Case is apparently being dismissed because the Mall head of security (Mr Y) says I was never there and that I might have been beaten by trolley guys, even though me and him spoke at length on the particular day, where I told him about the incident. Now he is lying saying he knows nothing about my complaint.

I need help to get hold of the evidence that I was there, as the only thing proving I was there is only the call records on my phone.

I got badly injured, and the x-rays showed I had a cracked rib and my neck was injured as I was struggling with breathing, and Now Menlyn says I was never there.

Please assist me. In any way possible.
