Closing Times not adhered to

I went to Bidvest bank on Sunday at Menlyn Mall and the lady said l needed to get a foreign declaration form from my bank before i could receive money via Money gram and asked her what time they were closing and she said 12pm. I was back at Bidvest by 11:40am and the door wouldn't open and the lady asked one of the clients inside the bank to turn the sign on the door from open to closed. I then signalled the lady who had assisted me that she said they close at 12pm and it's not even 12 and she we are closed l can't help you.<br> <br> l was really disappointed and don't think l will ever use Bidvest again and also Menlyn centre management needs to do more about this. l left a complaint at their offices on Sunday and till now no one has bothered to contact me.
