Bad service and attitude

I was in Menlyn Mall yesterday around 13h30 entered and my bakkie, a ford ranger, the spare was ****** off. I only realized it this morning. Now when I phone the mall on ********** 600 the black lady was very very rude as when I asked to check on cameras if she can see something. She asked me where must she check. That is not service. She must be able to check. I want answers. My number is ********** 534
