BAD SERVICE

Good day

I bought build in wall drop 3 weeks before Lock down in Menlyn mall, and i told the sales consult/ Kenneth he were assisting that I would like to collect my wall drop in my home town branch which is Burgersfort in Limpopo. The gentleman never have a problem and he did gave me best service

Same weekend i went home to collect my order, when i got there they told me that it is out of stock, I should keep coming to check for it. when i return back in Gauteng then was National Lockdown. During Lockdown stage 3 I send my brother to collect it in Burgersfort( Agrinette ) they told him that they have changed their system so I should contact Game Menlyn to give me serial number or whatever the number was. It took me a day to get hold of them over the phone since i could not move due to Lockdown

Since that day i called them almost everyday, I used to speak to Emmanuel. He will tell me that he will speak to his manager/ Dora to call me

Then on the 04th of August I made decision to visit Game menlyn to find out about it, when I got there, the sales consultants tried to assist me get my wall drop, but the person should authorize my order could not assist. They tried to call her more than twice on her extension because she were in her office upstairs and she could not even want to come to help Downstairs. Dora Msimango the sales Manager, I spoke to her on the phone begging to release my wall drop and she told me the way I should just take my money

(refund) because that wall drop i bought the supplier is not doing it anymore they changed sizes and she cant do anything about it

Otherwise I have to add with another R500 on top so that I can get my wall drop, she were so rude and she could not even want to listen to me. my question was that how is that my problem because am not the one who ask the national Lockdown because if it was not it, I should have collected my wall drop long ago. I ask for her Senior/ Benjamin who promise to come downstairs to help me, He never came till I leave the store

My last word to consultants were helping was, I will leave your store sad and empty handed but I will report this service I got from this store

I never heard anything since I left them on the 04 of August 2020
