Bad experience

Bad experience and lack of communication both online and in store I bought shoes (boots) online and I went to the store to pick them up. The next next day I wore them only find it that they are very uncomfortable I think it might be a small cut of size 8. I went to the store for an exchange and they refused am failing to understand their exchange and returns policies. Am a student currently doing peice jobs I can hardly afford thing but having to work tirelessly and buy the only shoes that I assume it's quality.
