WHEN EXCEEDING SPECTATIONS COMES NATURALLY

i cant put into words how grateful I am to have dealt with such a professional and patient person.

From start to finnish Martin Takov From Menlyn mini was in my mind without a doubt the most patient and hardworking sales representative I have met in a long while.

I was very demanding and impatient and no matter how much I pushed or irritated him he still kept his composure and gave me top notch service. And trust me I am a difficult person by nature.

There were a few minor defects to the vehicle which he and I sought out and he assured that he will do what he can to assist in getting it sorted.

I mean I called Friday about the vehicle, went there Saturday saw him and by Tuesday, after me being very persistent that I want the car by Tuesday he made it happen.

Speechless.....
