Hi all, met a salesman (Abel) at the LMG side of Menlyn Auto for a test drive of a Ford focus rs on the 14th September 2019, whilst on the test drive the evaluator for LMG whose name is Uwe evaluated my Polo 2015 TSI Comfortline, my service book has since disappeared, he now claims there was no book for car that I've owned since new, the book was placed in my glove box before visiting them, clearly an attempt by Uwe to decrease the valuation on the car. PLEASE BE AWARE ANY FUTURE CLIENTS OF THIS FRANCHISE.
