Reckless Driving

This review is not related to any services rendered by BMW Menlyn, but the reckless driving of a particular BMW Menlyn staff member. The driver of the BMW Menlyn branch drove into the rear of my vehicle on Saturday the 1st of February 2020. We were driving on the Garsfoentein road towards Menlyn. The BMW Menlyn was driving at high speed, swerving from one lane to another and drove over to red traffic lights. The accident happened at the Garsfontein and Solomon Mahlangu intersection. I was standing still at the traffic light when the employee of BMW Menlyn drove into the rear of my vehicle. He was to busy on his cell phone to realize that the traffic in front of him was standing still. Accidents do happen, but the cause of accidents due to reckless driving is not acceptable. The driver did give me his manager's contact details. I've tried numerous times to phone the manager at BMW Menlyn and he does not bother to return my calls. Really disappointed in BMW Menlyn.
