Poor service

I had visited the menlyn branch on Tuesday the 8/05/2018 to get a quote for a bumper to bumper check on my Bmw M3. The garage who’s going to do a few minor repairs on my car needs the quote for payment and then I can book my car in at Bmw. I spoke to a guy at the service reception named Piero he could not assist me the day I went in and told me I will have it the same afternoon. I am still waiting till now for the quote. He keeps telling me the system is offline. I am disgusted with the attitude of such a reputable dealership
