Great customer experience

First of all I want to give your digital room a high 5. I went o to the site n choose what I wanted n I got a call the same day. I guy from menlyn bmw by the name of Joseph I think his surname is Masango if I’m not mistaken. I was driving home and I asked for a quote. The following morning when I got to work it was already sent. I was a bit skeptical about buying without viewing especially the color l. He offered to drive the car to my work place so that I can see it, I refused n said he will increase the kilos. We had a good laugh about the statement I made. He later took photos n sent them via wattsup n I was sold. He kept calling to check if the bank approved n they did . I went to fetch my car the same day 30 May 2019 and the hospitality from the dealership. Joseph waited for me, unveiling to car and the experience he gave was excellent. He went above n beyond to make my experience memorable. I love my car. I wanted to recognize him and the team. The following day I went back to the digital room m guess what? Digital room was updated n my car removed on the display.
