Extremely Bad after sales care

I traded in my 2014 Bmw 420i coupe fora brand new bmw 320i GT on the 2nd of November 2018. There was a warrant of arrest issued for the 420i someone from the dealership was driving at 144km/hr on 70Km zone date of the incident 7th of November 2018. When I received the notification on the 20.01.2029 I immediately informed the car sales rep who was helping me and also spoke to the new cars sales manager Ferdi who promised to have this matter resolved and find the driver who’s responsible for the traffic violation. Till to date nothing has been resolved Ferdi the maneger keeps making zero promises I contacted Bmw SA also told me they can’t help. After sales treatment at menlyn auto it’s so bad they don’t care about their customers all they want us our money after that you’re on your own. I want someone to take responsibility for the traffic offense as it was not committed by me.
