BMW Menlyn Auto

I bought 2018 BMW 120i at BMW Menlyn Auto around Oct/Nov 2018, I traded in with my 2013 BMW 320d M-Sport.

December 2019 I get a traffic infringement SMS that I owe a ticket at Ekurhuleni, Joburg, but I stay in Cape Town.

The ticket was issued a month after I traded in my car. I've trying to resolve this with BMW Menlyn Auto but nothing is coming through from their side.
