Bad service

I experienced very bad service and treatment from this branch of BMW. I signed an offer to purchase and paid a holding deposit. We informed them from the start that we want to register the vehicle in the business ' name. This takes longer than normal and although they were informed that the finance was approved they would not wait for us to send the documents and went ahead and sold the vehicle to another customer. Their figures and commission is obviously far more important to them than good customer service. I will never deal with this branch again and advise other customers to be aware of their pathetic attitude towards their customers
