BAD ROOM SERVICE

I think i forgot my pair of earrings in room 262..I checked in on the 21/06/2025,check out 22/06/2025

Please double check for me

As for the room...DISASTER..no drinking water,1 teas****,cups dirty..no Phone in the room for room service

I had a horrible stay this time.I've stayed there before but I have not experienced such an unorganized room. In the morning I had to go and ask for coffee and sugar

Yesterday and gentleman called me and said he will get back to me regarding my complaint,until now nothing has happened

IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL
