Empty racks and expired food.

Unhappy that the Menlo Park Spar is going backwards. It has been months now and the racks are running empty. No stock has been replenished. Prices on the stock left are more expensive than other Spars. "Fresh" foods are at lease 2 days old. It is slowly going downhill until the doors close. Even Tops next door, most probably the same owner, has run dry.
