Mendhi by Pooja

Pathetic customer service and poor quality of mendhi by this user. 3 people from the same house did mendhi for my wedding, which is my wife, mother in law and myself. Mendhi was done on the 14th of November 2024. We followed the proper instructions given by Pooja and did everything as per service provider which includes leaving mendhi for more than 8 hours. No water and putting vicks afterwards. The 3 of us is different people so skin or any conditions would be different in whole 3 of us however this was 1 of the excuses of why the mendhi did not stay on our hands and legs...on the wedding day I could not even see my mendhi. This mendhi costed me r3600, and service provider claimed that she had received a complaint about her mendhi the very same week and she claimed that she contacted her clients and everything was fine however she did not contact us, so clearly the service provider is lying as well. No professionalism at all, the claim of her being booked from 1 year and 2 years in advance seems to be promotional schemes to get clients soon as possible. To be honest it's very upsetting to have booked her last year and paid wat I did and receive the quality of work we did was very unpleasant. A wedding is something that happens only once in your life and I've trusted her with the opportunity to do my mendhi and I've been disappointed. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone at all!!!
