Mendelson & Frost disgusting attitude and service

I purchased black leather dye from Mendelson & Frost (Pty) Ltd, and when i used it i found the there was an issue as it left a gloss film on the leather. I took the dye back to Mendelson & Frost. They committed to have the dye tested and come back to me. After waiting over 6 months, i did not get any feedback. I contacted them late lest year to find out what had happened. Again no answer.

When I contact them now in January 2023 to find out what had happened, the manager got aggressive with me and asked me why I have waited 6 months to come back to them. This is in spite of them being the ones who would come back to me. After he got aggressive i told him to shove the dye.
