Property Transfer rejected at deeds office 3 times

Property transfer of which I am the purchasor has been rejected at the deeds office for the 3rd time. It appears that on all these occasions the problem is with documents prepared by attorneys mendelow jacobs. The impact on me is unneccessary continution of occupational rent.
