UNSATISFACTORY WORKMANSHIP

Some years ago I had my bath resurfaced by Mend a Bath in the George region and was more than happy with the result. The bath came back looking like new. However, when having it resurfaced recently, it came back with "holes" in the enamel, perfect places for rust to start, and the outlet pipe wasn't inserted properly, resulting in my bathroom being flooded every time I let the water out. I contacted the contractor and he redid the job in my bathroom, not even removing the bath. Apart from the splashes on my floor and tiles, the enamel has run, leaving droplets on the surface of the bath, plus there are a number of sharp pieces sticking up which are sharp enough to cut one's flesh. There is no way a young child can be bathed in this bath. There are also parts of the bath that are rough and ugly, not shiny smooth like they should be. When I contacted Mend a Bath South Africa I said that I no longer wanted the local Mend a Bath franchise to try and fix up the mess. Two chances are more than enough. I was promised that a manager would contact me. A week has passed and no manager has bothered to make contact. Is this how they do business?
