Poor Customer Treatment by MEMS property in Pretoria

I have been looking for affordable place in Pretoria North were after viewing a two bedroom apartment in clarina Estelle Estate I was promised that the place will be renovated. Just 4 days before moving out of curiosity, they gave us the key and we decided to go and view the place. Nothing was done. The place was dirty with broken cupboards and broken wardropes. Broken tiles on the floor and they asked us to call maintenance team which I refuse to do so because they were suppose to check their place before us moving in. Now they dont want to give us our money back. If any one need pictures or videos of the place I can send them. They told me its a minor issue but its a major issues bacause even the front door is broken.
