Refunds Due.... Please Honor the commitment

Hi, We booked the venue for the weekend of 27th and 28th March 2020. This was booked for both functions and accommodation for the 2 nights. However, we had to cancel due to the lockdown which started on the 27th itself. We have since been trying to get a refund on the accommodation which we paid for and never used.... but have been totally ignored. They have also not refunded monies for the venue which was never utilized. This is unacceptable. They venue was closed due to the lockdown.... so why are they not refunding us?
