We placed an order online with Memeteno on the 01st of August 2022. We had followed up on the progress of the order on more than one occasion, and we were told that due to COVID, there was a delay. We decided to request a refund on the 15th of September, which we were told would take up to 15 working days. We have to date (07 Nov 2022) we have not received any further feedback, and the money has not been refunded.
