Awaiting refund

Early in July 2022 I ordered clothes online but after a month did not receive anything. On 23 Aug I send a mail to enquire. After not receiving any feedback I send a follow up mail on 9 Sep to cancel the order. I received feedback to say the refund will take a month. I have not received any refund nor any feedback after enquiring twice.
