Melville Wellness Centre and Day Spa poor customer service.

The professionalism of Melville Wellness Spa is lacking. Their response times are slow, and their customer service is subpar. I made a reservation for a guest's birthday at this spa on January 14, 2023, setting the time for March 18, 2023, at around 11:45. On January 14, 2023, I received an email from the spa verifying the reservation's specifics. We arrived at the location on March 18, 2023, at 11:15 in the morning with my confirmation email in hand, hoping for a pleasant spa day.We have a booking under my name for today, I informed the receptionist Zandi after giving her a warm and welcoming grin. She inquired if I had received a confirmation email, to which I said yes and handed it to her. She then expressed confusion and informed me that the location was fully booked and that my name was nowhere to be located.She offered no assistance in resolving the issue when she indicated she could schedule us for 2 p.m., but it would mean paying the full fee for only half of the package, which was unsuitable because my guests had other plans. In order to resolve the situation or reach an agreement, I asked to talk with the manager. The receptionist responded that she would convey our messages to her over Whatsapp because her boss was out of the country and would return later that day. Seven days have now passed. I am highly disappointed as no communication or apology has been sent to resolve this matter.
