Hidden Costs and No Refund
I paid R4000 on 11 March 2026 to Melusi Driving School in Hilton for 25 driving lessons after being quoted R4000. After payment was processed, I was then told that R4000 only applies to Howick students and Hilton students must pay R6000. This location-based pricing was NOT disclosed before I paid. When I asked for a refund because I was misled, I was told "no refunds" and that I must pay an additional R2000. No lessons have been provided to date. Since 10 July 2026 I have been requesting a refund. The owner keeps promising to get back to me but never does. I feel like I am chasing them. I do NOT recommend Melusi Driving School. Be careful of hidden pricing that only comes up AFTER you pay.
