Good microwave repair, bad printing and attitude

I had a decent experience with them for microwave repair, but an awful experience trying to print t-shirts. The quality of the printing is terrible and the attitude of the owner was insulting to say the least. Every excuse in the book for a shamefully unprofessional job using poor quality materials, and the nerve to take my money for nothing and then complain that I was hurting HIS pocket by demanding a reprint, which came out equally bad. I would've given four stars for the microwave repair, but I can't take off enough stars for bad taste left in my mouth by the t-shirt experience.
