Does not want to refund my money

I received a pro-forma invoice for oil and paid 50%amp; upfront and the suppliers was to deliver the oil and i was going to pay them the balance in cash upon delivery. Once the 50% was paid they now want me to pat the full amount before any delivery can take place, so wanted my money back. They told me that they can't refund my money. Made a case against them for *****.<br> Be caerfull of them
