Mels Atrium - Horrible Service

I visited Mels at the Atrium on 14 July 2023 to have a full colour done. I explained to the hairdresser that I have a very sensitive scalp and can only use NHP hair dye. She advised they have this dye in various colours and advised me to use a certain colour to colour my hair completely. After 4 days , I washed my hair and my spouse noticed that I still had a lot of grey hair at the top of my head. This should have been covered completely. We visited Mels on the same day to advise of this. They mentioned they would like to redo and did not consider that I have a sensitive scalp ( that is why I went in for NHP and cannot dye so soon again.I would be happy with some sort of compensation at my next visit. Not a total free colour but some sort of compensation. No consideration was given to my condition.Disgusting really.They mentioned someone would call me. To date no one has.I spent R 800 for such horrible service. Total *******S. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
