Poor service delivery

My car was towed to their dealer on Sunday for some clutch work. Everyday they keep coming with excuses as to why my car has not been fixed. At first I understood but every day they make promises and fail to live up to their promises.

At first their needed to order a new flywheel, then the maintenance people were giving them a hard time, finally they received authorisation, a flywheel was ordered and when it arrived it’s now allegedly damaged and they need to order a new one. I can’t wait to hear their next excuse meanwhile I continue to miss work and my therapy sessions.
