Reception very rude and Company not helpful in making client happy
Changed reservation to another date but when arrived there was no record of the date and tried to give us an unclean room with a bath that was removed and dirty sheets and a meal that was forced on us as there was no steak. Owner not willing to change the date or be accommodating .
