very unhappy with service ,

i booked in ,coffee machine in room not working aircon panel on floor food in fridge off, with mould coming out of it i ordered champagne for room , the reply was , what is your budget ,what a disgrace . they called me and said next time you come in , please pay your room and we will upgrade you to a junior suite , what a joke ...............
