Horrible experience at Cellucity at Melrose Arch

I went to Cellucity and waiting for over 3 hours for information to be transferred from my old cell to my new cell. What a disastous experience. Not only did Tshepo Mashile mess up the new phone and old phone but I could not get onto Whatsapp (which I use for business) for the next 7 hours! Lee Han**** who is the Manager dealt with this matter in a most unprofessional manner and the owner of the store was even worse!
