Bad attitude

My wife and I went to Melrose Arch Flower Market with the intention of purchasing a musical snowman. Upon entering the store we saw the snowman at the entrance & pressed the feet where the sticker was. Xoliswa approached us & asked whether we had any intention of buying otherwise we were not to touch as batteries were expensive, instructions from his boss. We asked to see the boss but he was unavailable. We asked him how were we expected to pay R500 for a snowman without testing it first. Same response, batteries are expensive. We told him he had an attitude problem & would phone in the next day to complain about him, he shrugged his shoulders and said \you can phone"he then pointed to the minions & said even those you are not allowed to touch. I asked him where the no touching sign was"
