<p>**************</p> <p>We received an email from "Premier Knowledge" on 5th May'16 selling a course/ workshop based around FIDIC , NEC 3 , JBCC 6.1 & GCC contracts. We were intersted in this course and decided to send one of our directors on it. The price of the course was R12 540.00 which we paid upfront. This workshop was based in JHB and we are located in DBN. We therefore had to book flights and accomodation to attend this. The costs of both were around R4000.00 which we'd also paid upfront.</p> <p> </p> <p>The course was scheduled to start of the 20th July 2016. We contacted Premier Knowledge on the 14th July to get directions at which point they flipantly mentioend that the course been been cancelled. They didnt feel that it was nessesary to notify us at all even though they knew that we'd be travelling up from Durban.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whether or not there was actually a course is unclear as this is most likely there menthod of conning money out of unsespecting people.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have been contacting them regualrly asking for our money back however they standard reponse is: "We dont have any money at the moment, we will try refund you next month"... This has been going on for FIVE MONTHS now. They have cost us approximately R16 500.00 excluding interest.
