Waiting hours of more than 5hrs at melomed Bellville emergency centre

Waited 5hrs and more to be assisted at melomed Bellville in the emergency room... only sent me to a bed 5hrs after arrival here... no food no water dance 11h00 ... never thought I would experience thus in a so called private hospital facility
